"From the time I called Frank, your salesman, worked with me 100%.The first evening we where there till 8 at night picking the bike for me and making finacining work.From sales to finace, they listened to my needs and where not the pushy type.My friend at work, Allen Foster, (aka.Stonewall) in the past month just purchase a 07 fatboy and liked his dealings with y'all and I bought a 100 anniversary 03 fatboy and my dealings where 100% satisfaction.Oh, and your service dept. took care of 1 little issue i had with awesome communication from checking the bike out to ordering the part,calling me to let me know the part is in and then working with me to find the best time for me to bring it in.Not sure the guys name at service but he is younger longer hair at the service desk (Andrew).He was very helpful and has good communication skills.
To the end of all this is a 10star dealership.

"After riding for over 20 years I decided that this purchase It was going to be a Harley. I went to several other dealerships and I have to tell you I was going to deep Six the idea because of 1.Rude salesman : at 2 dealerships My Wife and I waited for over 10 mins before we had to go GET a salesman to help us. And even then they werent very helpfull or knowledgable about thier product or even how it compares to other " metric " bikes. 2. Fake pricing - One dealership was offering $500 off the bikes and some money off on accessories. Then after a closer look at the price tag the final out the door price was jacked up to compensate for the Offer! Well i figure this dealership was on the way home so we should atleast give it a shot. Im glad we did! As soon as I walked in the door ( Thursday ) I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. Ronnie was a great help in helping me determine what Bike I was best suited for. He explained every detail of the bikes, and also helped me compare the Harleys to other Manufactors Models.Hats off to Ronnie for treating me fairly and putting up with my hour long question session! I was most Impressed that the Salesman ,Mechanics , and The Parts - Accessories people ride Thier own Harleys.The tour of the dealership and being able to meet everyone after my purchase was awesome. I came back 2 weeks later to buy a windshield and they still remembered my name. Impressive!! Thanks again for a wonderful buying experience. I will be returning for all future Buys thats for sure."

"I was considering getting back into riding a Harley again or doing a new Vette. I looked at both and decided a Harley was my ticket. The entire Texas Harley staff gave me the first class treatment. I was introduced to all department managers. Told about the great DFW local HOG chapter and given tips on insurance. I never have been treated like this at any car dealer. No wonder I bought a new Harley. The entire experience was great. But when I think about it I guess if your going to ride the best you should expect the best. Thanks Texas Harley for bringing new meaning to what a full service dealer is all about. "

"I had previously came in last year looking at Harley's. I had told the salesman (Buc) that I was just trying to figure out what I wanted and that I wasn't able to buy anything in the near future but he was still very helpful just as if I was ready to spend 30 or 40k on a bike that day. There are two Harley dealerships actually closer to me and I pass one on a daily basis on the way to work but around the same time I had initialy came in your store I had went to theres and it was if I was bothering them.
Now when it was actually time for me to buy a bike we made out trip back to your store and met James who was just as helpful as Buc had been last year, this is why when I finally decided to buy a Harley that I chose to return to the ones that were actually helpful.

"I am a totally satisfied customer. I bought a new FLHRCI in late 2004. One year later I'm still recognized and greeted by the sales staff. Financing and insurance was painless, competitive, and quick. The Service department bottom line is that everything was done on time, and right the first time. The parts folks have been helpful for all those things I have to have, offering recommendations as needed and even on occassion calling on stock at other dealerships. It was 20 years since I've been on a bike, but every question that came up throughout the process was respectfully addressed to my satisfaction. Texas Harley is MY dealership from here on out. "
