"Let me start by saying I had been to another Harley shop in the area and felt very much like a number on a board to them. I was very put out and was going to look at some other brand but I really liked the iron and nightster so I went to have a look at Adam Smith. From the moment I met Darryl Shelton I could tell he was the sales guy I wanted to deal with. He was not pushy in anyway and listened to what I was interested in he started a few used bikes so I could hear them. My wife will tell you when I got back to the house after my first visit there I was excited and wanted to buy then but she wanted me to think it over which I told Darryl when I spoke to him the next day and told him to call me back in 2 weeks. When he called me back I had decided to buy the iron they had so my family and I went to start the paperwork. Needless to say the sale was not easy due to issues on my end but the whole way Darryl was upfront and honest with what was needed and I never once felt like my issues were not issues he was willing to tackle with me. He got to meet my family and even helped keep my 6yo entertained when it came to take care of the contract. I feel like I have gotten to know him and learn some about him and his family. During the financing I got meet Bill Cornett another amazing individual who made went over the contract and answered all of my questions so when I signed I understood all the ins and outs of the warranties and how to use them. I have purchased a new bike before and never went back to that dealership. I have purchased several cars in the past but never have I felt what every dealership strives supposedly for and thanks to Darryl Shelton I feel like a member of the Adam Smith family. I can not begin to describe how thankful I am for everything and can not wait to start racking the miles up on my new iron and when it's time to trade her in it will be for another Adam Smith Harley. " Had a great time at Adam Smith's Texas Harley Davidson with salesman Carl C. buying a motorcycle. Spent a little longer at the dealership than I intended due to a hic-cup on my end. "I bought my 2012 Heritage Softail from Vince on October 1st. Way to easy. My wife and I met with Vince and he was awesome. My bike was sitting out on the front entrance. Bright orange. I saw it when we drove in. I could never afford that one. Guess what? Vince made it happen. I got the orange one. I have been in several times to buy clothes, accessories and stuff. Kudos to Dex, Stacy, Holly and Iggy. Hell the whole crew are so friendly and helpful. Mike in the Service Dept was wonderful. I brought my bike in for the 1K service and he took great care of me and my bike. I will say this, I went into a dealership in south Texas a couple of weeks ago. I was never even spoken to by anyone. "I ran across Terry Purdoms' business card while cleaning out my wallet and cracked up. The guy is a real character. I rented a bike from your dealership in October, and had a great experience. It started on the phone with the reservation. It was my first time with a rental and he couldn't have made it easier. I rode in the next morning on the back of my brothers ultra, Terry jumped out of the dealership and snapped a picture. The fun began. The next day,after returning the bike, he took the time to run me to the airport. He said, it was just something your dealership does. I've spread the word to friends and family. "I went into the service department for a safety inspection on my '05 Sportster that I bought new and still loved riding. After talking with Mario about my ride, he got me interested in maybe getting a new bike. He walked with me over to sales, showed me around and introduced me to Carl in sales. Carl set me up with a few test rides and I suddenly felt the urge to buy a new Dyna. A few days later, I went back in and Frank, in sales, was great. He helped me reach a decision that was best for me. He walked me through some alternative possibilities and then was able to get a super deal for my trade-in and I ultimately bought the Dyna Wide Glide I really wanted. "After much searching, I found my Road Glide at this dealership, roughly 250 miles away. Overall transaction went quite well. I especially like their acceptance of a personnal check. Pretty much, every motor vehicle dealership I ever shopped at would only accept a Bank Draft. Texas HD acceptance of my check has made this customer feel respected and treated with honesty. Additionally, their service dept loaded the bike into the bed of truck with extra care and secured it well. "

"My husband had the light/dark rootbeer limited and was upset to see so many people that we knew buying the exact same bike...down to the same pipes that he had chosen for his bike. I know, its a guy thing. Anyway, the past saturday we were in the store and he says "hey Adam, what would it take to get us into twinkie bikes?"...I cringed and walked away muttering "we cannot do this if our payments go up or need a down payment"...well I have to tell you, we DID do it. The guys at the store are an awesome bunch of people and will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. We are existing customers with no intention on shopping elsewhere. If they couldnt do this deal, it would not have mattered to us...we had perfectly good bikes. I was honest with them too...told them from the beginning, "guys, we arent going anywhere..you dont have to work this hard" but yet they did. if they will do that when it isnt needed, imagine how they will do when it is....they treat their customers GREAT and ALWAYS go above and beyond. If you are interested in purchasing a new bike, this is the place to do it as you will walk away feeling like you are the most important customer they have. "

"Our experience at Texas Harley-Davidson was fantastic. We had researched on line for several weeks the different Harley dealers but kept going back to your website because of the inventory and prices of the bikes. We called and spoke to Darryl in Sales on a Thursday morning, dropped by and was greeted at the door when we walked in and directed over to Darryl to look at the pre-owned bikes. After looking at all the bikes, we decided to purchase a 2007 Ultra Classic Electra Glide. Darryl went out of his way to work with us on our negotiations for vehicle trade-in and the bike. We returned on Friday morning, met with Bill in Finance and he explained everything in detail including the different warranties. From looking at the bike to taking the test ride to signing the papers everything went very smooth and all questions I had was answered quickly. I had a small problem with the rear brake and front fender on the bike and was told to bring it back when service was open which I did, needless to say the service department jumped right on the repairs I needed and had my bike back to me ASAp but not before I could go to the motorclothes and spend a few hundred dollars :) . "We made it home in good shape with our 08 XL1200L Trike. We already own an 07 Ultra Classic. My wife decided it was time for her to go solo, instead of riding on the back. We have looked for over a month on the internet. We even got upset with some of the salesmen we talked to. Wilda found this Trike, and said that is it! I called down and talked to Frank in sales. We discussed price, and within a very short time, we were making plans to go Bedford TX which is 500 miles from where we live. We stayed at the Super 8 across the street, and Monday morning we were at their location. My wish is that Texas Harley Davidson was closer to southwest Kansas! They are an awsome bunch of people!! Goes to show that a positive attitude has no limits! "I recently had the misfortune of being involved in a motorcycle accident. Mike the service manager helped me through the process of getting my bike repaired and dealing with the insurance company. I must say, he made this a very easy process for me. I was constantly kept up to date on the progress of the repairs. Mike was very friendly and professional. The service department is state of the art, clean and another impressive feature is being able to see the service technicians at work through the large window in the service bay. When I picked up my bike, Mike the Service manager and Mike the mechanic who worked on my bike went step by step through the repairs that were performed on my bike. I've dealt with other Harley shops before. This one is by far the best around. Texas Harley-Davidson in Bedford is the only place I will take my bike for service."

"After riding on the back of my husbands FatBoy for the past 10 years, I decided I wanted to 'Ride My Own' We searched the internet for a week or so and really weren't redy to buy. I had no idea how to ride and had not taken the riders course yet. It was 4th of July weekend and we decided to just a take a short road trip to "look" at bikes for me. We pulled into Texas Harley and there it was....MY BIKE....a beautiful 2007 Sportster 1200 XL Custom, white/gold pearl! Out of all the bikes lined up outside, we got out of the car and I headed straight for that bike. Blade walked out and introduced himself and I wouldn't even look at another bike. We went inside, did the paperwork and went back the next weekend to get it. What an experience, everyone at Texas Harley is wonderful. Even puchasing a used Harley, they treat you like royalty! We loaded up my bike and left the dealership, we were 8 miles down the road and one of the straps broke and my beautiful bike fell over on the trailer. I called Blade at Texas Harley and he brought some new straps to us and we strapped it back down and went back to the dealership to get it checked out. Everything was fine and we were back on the road with our much better quality straps. I have since taken the riders course and am riding my own and having a blast! Texas Harley is the best! "I took my Ultra in for the 15K service on 11/3/08 and arrived before the service department opened. I stood around and talked with other folks in the parking lot but once 8 a.m. rolled around, the doors were opened and Mike Harvey came out to greet me with a clipboard in hand to see how he could help me. I am selling my bike and wanted to get the 15K service done for the new owner. I also had a question about how to transfer the extended warranty to the new owner. Instead of Mike stating he didn't know what I needed to do or refering me to the sales department like I expected, Mike got on the phone and called the HD contract department and explained to the other person what I wanted to do. He put me on the phone to speak with the warranty rep who told me everything I needed to do. The service of the bike was finished early and the work was excellent. I am a member of a customer service committee for the City of Dallas and I've always felt it is easy to recognize good customer service because it is rare in today's world. In Mike's case it was outstanding! I also phoned Bill in parts on 11/6/08 to ask for a copy of an invoice. He quickly pulled up my name in the computer and printed out the receipt showing my past purchases. I asked him if he could fax it to me and he had it on my desk within 5 minutes. He was very friendly to deal with also. I think the fact that I was treated this well by two different facets of your dealership speaks about the quality customer service that your employees exhibit. I will certainly return to Texas Harley-Davidson when I'm ready for a new bike. Thanks again."

"Two weeks ago while stopped for gas at the station on Euless Main/183, the cluth failed. I was at a loss of what to do. I called the sevice department and was told they would send a truck down to bring my bike back. In a little over an hour, they had found the problem, repaired it, and I was on my way. I was impressed with the quick responce, personal attention,understanding of my situation; and all in very friendly, professional atmosphere. Kyle, and team, did a great job. "

"I bought a 1999 FLSTC on your dealer showroom 4/25/08,Craig was my saleperson and was great, as were the rest of the team finalizing the transaction. The bike started having intermittent ignition issues the second week after purchase, I called Mike and scheduled a appointment for Satuday at 11:00 and dropped the bike off. When I called that afternoon at 5:00 my bike was not set up with a service order or looked at! This was a holiday weekend so I called back the following Tuesday ~ no one had looked at the bike...so after two weeks of my follow up calls as I had never recieved any status call from the dealer? I was informed the bike was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and it exhibited the same problem just 20 minutes into the ride home. The dealer put in a new coil...I had initially informed Kyle the back cylinder was loosing spark after the bike warmed up...and it had to be driven conistently on the freeway to show this. I had asked that the coil and module both Crane HI 4 to be changed after the two week wait. My bike has now been at the dealer service department for three weeks...I bought it six weeks ago from them and I'm still waiting on a Crane HI 4 module. I was informed it was ordered from Drag Specialties and coming from Wisconsin. I would think this could have been shipped Fed EX or UPS overnight priority so I the cusotmer could have my bike back, however I will now wait until next week and hopefully pick it up. I was very happy with the initial purchase, however the seeminly lack of interest or reponse to the customer from the service department has turned this into something other than pleasant. I supply goods and service all over N.America and can have damn near anything anywhere if the price and need mandate. I'll look seriously into changing the remainder of the service contract to Longhorn Harley that's around the corner. "

"I ride an 04 Softail standard, and my ol'lady rides a 650 V-star. We're looking to upgrade hers to a Street Bob. We went to another Harley dealer in Ft. worth, but they acted like we were imposing on them, then they pressured us to purchase a bike before we were ready. We've since found out that many of their prices were inflated, and the staff ignored us for the most part, no one really seemed to have any of the answers we needed...so we left dissatisfied. I have three dealerships in range. Red River Harley in Witchita Falls, Ft Worth harley, and Texas Harley. We decided to come look at your store mostly because we needed to buy some Christmas presents for my sister in law. When we got there, we were greeted at the door with a smile and a handshake, and even though we told the sales rep. (Robert Haggard) that we were just looking for a bike to purchase three to six months from now, he was attentive, helpful, and took time to talk to us about the bikes, the purchase, and he was knowledgable friendly, and not pushy. He showed us some good deals with better pricing than the other dealership. Later as we were having difficulty finding merchandise we needed, the sales staff from clothing and accessories stayed with us, constantly helping us with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude. They all seemed happy and pleased to be able to help. Beverly really helped my ol'lady a lot and the overall fantastic service, friendly and knowledgable staff has settled it for us. When we are ready, a few months from now, we are getting the Street Bob from you and once we've done that, both her and I are joining your local HOG chapter. (I'm already a national member) Texas Harley is where we are going for all of our needs from now on. Thanx for an excellent staff!"

"After riding for over 20 years I decided that this purchase It was going to be a Harley. I went to several other dealerships and I have to tell you I was going to deep Six the idea because of 1.Rude salesman : at 2 dealerships My Wife and I waited for over 10 mins before we had to go GET a salesman to help us. And even then they werent very helpfull or knowledgable about thier product or even how it compares to other " metric " bikes. 2. Fake pricing - One dealership was offering $500 off the bikes and some money off on accessories. Then after a closer look at the price tag the final out the door price was jacked up to compensate for the Offer! Well i figure this dealership was on the way home so we should atleast give it a shot. Im glad we did! As soon as I walked in the door ( Thursday ) I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. Ronnie was a great help in helping me determine what Bike I was best suited for. He explained every detail of the bikes, and also helped me compare the Harleys to other Manufactors Models.Hats off to Ronnie for treating me fairly and putting up with my hour long question session! I was most Impressed that the Salesman ,Mechanics , and The Parts - Accessories people ride Thier own Harleys.The tour of the dealership and being able to meet everyone after my purchase was awesome. I came back 2 weeks later to buy a windshield and they still remembered my name. Impressive!! Thanks again for a wonderful buying experience. I will be returning for all future Buys thats for sure."

"I had previously came in last year looking at Harley's. I had told the salesman (Buc) that I was just trying to figure out what I wanted and that I wasn't able to buy anything in the near future but he was still very helpful just as if I was ready to spend 30 or 40k on a bike that day. There are two Harley dealerships actually closer to me and I pass one on a daily basis on the way to work but around the same time I had initialy came in your store I had went to theres and it was if I was bothering them. Now when it was actually time for me to buy a bike we made out trip back to your store and met James who was just as helpful as Buc had been last year, this is why when I finally decided to buy a Harley that I chose to return to the ones that were actually helpful. Financing and insurance was painless, competitive, and quick. The Service department bottom line is that everything was done on time, and right the first time. The parts folks have been helpful for all those things I have to have, offering recommendations as needed and even on occassion calling on stock at other dealerships.
